“The workshop provided a good opportunity to stand back and really explore the brand and what it stood for. Peek offered a good balance of questions and suggestions which enabled us to achieve our objective.” Samanthan Munns, First Ascent Group.
How do you get started?
Our workshops are ideal for new businesses as it gives us the chance to share knowledge and explore the options, particularly around brand positioning. Existing businesses use our workshops as a strategic review of their marketing activity when looking for new ideas to freshen it up or tackle new areas, such as digital marketing.
How to book?
Just pick up the phone and schedule a workshop with us. We will book it into our calendar in the next two weeks and send you a questionnaire tailored to your particular industry. These questions will frame our discussion and give you an idea of what you will want to bring to the session for our evaluation (marketing collateral, previous campaigns, mailers, etc.)
What happens in the workshop?
We usually run the workshops in the morning starting at 9.30am for approximately three hours. With a clear agenda set for the workshop it’s a fun-packed brain-tingling eye-opening exercise. You’ll leave buzzing with ideas and clarity of thought. We recommend you bring the key decision makers and influencers from your business.
What do I get out of it?
Apart from the benefit of having spent time on your business you’ll feel fired up and will have a clear path ahead. During the next 5 days, we will perform additional research, and then we will craft a written report that you can use to propel your business to the next level. We will include a grid outlining your goals as well as all of the functional marketing areas that either directly or indirectly affect your marketing that we have discussed. This snapshot will show you where to spend your energy and resources first. We will provide a summary of the most important initiatives, make recommendations, and the foundational strategies for marketing areas for you to consider.

How social media powers the Kony 2012 campaign
Peek Creative Ltd MD, Steve Creamer, was interviewed live across Europe on Friday about his thoughts on the recently launched Kony 2012 campaign created by Invisible Children Inc. The campaign is designed to raise awareness of Joseph Kony, the No 1 wanted person, and plea for his arrest in Uganda. He has been abducting children and training boys as soldiers and using girls as sex slaves. The campaign is based around Facebook and YouTube targeting young people.
“They have used the tastemakers, the culturemakers like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to use their large network to spread the word out. That’s what has helped make the video go viral and attract 84 million views in a week.” said Steve.
“This shows the power of how if you get an idea and young people embrace it goes massive.” Giles Brown, presenter at Talk Radio Europe.

Horsey Hotties app goes live on iPhone

We’ve had great fun this autumn at Peek developing a new social networking app for Horsey Hotties. It went live in the app store early one morning and the members are galloping in.
HorseyHotties is a location based app that enables users to see and instantly chat to like minded horsey people in their local area and further afield. HorseyHotties uses your iPhone’s GPS therefore as you move around the closest people to your location change. For example if you were to go horseracing, you would be able to see who else is at the races too! The messaging within the app allows you to start a conversation instantly and meet up: “I’m by the paddock, come and say hi!”
Simply download, build a quick profile highlighting your equestrian interests using our ‘Horsey Scene’ selector and start chatting instantly to other HorseyHotties. You can wink them too, if you fancy.
HorseyHotties is a free app with additional in-app purchase to unlock premium features to enhance your experience.
Kick-on down to the app store and get yourself a copy!
